anyway, onto a savory pie, that brings us there...
in a separate bowl whisk 3 eggs & incorporate, gently folding into the cheese mixture. don't over work.
now add your sautéed onion, cremini mushrooms & broccoli rob, again folding in gently.
depending upon the vegetables you choose, you may want to add a bit of zest from a lemon. but whatever you do, be brave, be bold, explore & play around with your ingredients! the secret is in the herbs, (parsley & dill) red pepper flakes & or lemon zest. bon appetite from the cape cod sandbar in harwich! ; )
